Duncan Brett is a market researcher with nearly 20 years experience in the industry. He is proficient in setting up and running both qualitative and quantitative projects. His role is to ensure the best possible research approach is used and that the correct answers are squeezed out.

His academic background includes a B.Com and an LLB from the University of Natal, Durban

He started Duncan Brett Consulting in 1994, and was a co-founder of The Research LampPost in 2003. He has worked on several hundred projects covering a broad range of industries using both quantitative and qualitative techniques.

Mark Webb

(B.Bus.Sci - University of Cape Town)
Quantitative Research

Mark Webb has nearly three decades of experience and specialises in the statistical analysis of research data.

He has conducted the analytical portion of a vast number of projects including both commercial and social research projects.

His academic background includes a B.Bus.Sci from the University of Cape Town, and a tenure at Cape Peninsula University of Technology firstly as a lecturer from 1985-1990 and then as an external examiner from 1991-1996.

In addition we have close relationships with field teams, a wide range of interviewers and moderators, and technical IT staff to appropriately skill almost any project anywhere in South Africa.
